Artist's Comments

Medium: Several different pencils on lined paper (at first) then transfered to A4. Took a picture of it because I didn't have a scanner at the time ^^;

Meh... so this was the first proper pic I drew, back in March. It took me days and several trials to get it right and I was (am) overall pleased with the way it turned out... The eyes took forever to draw because, while I can draw one eye quite well, I can never get the second one to look like the first, which is probably why you will see many of my drawings will have hair covering one eye, or something to that effect ^^; Same goes for long hair... ^^;

Also, I can't draw freehand the shapes for a head yet, so most of that was drawn with the help of rulers/protractors to get the dimensions right... ^^;

I also like how the character turned out... I might make her recurring...

woohoooooooo a pic by shinobi-kun XD is this, like, your first proper drawing ever? it's certainly better than my first... years ago ^^; the eyes came out nice, despite what you said, and i like that bit of hair over one of her eyes.. nice hairstyle too ^^ good job ^_^

Awwwww.... domo arigatou gozaimasu =) It took forever... I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I wouldn't settle for anything less, which is probably why it took so long to draw... I can only draw short hair at the moment too ^^;

You must teach me once I get my tablet! XD
